It's not you, Val. You are a really great guy and I'm sorry you feel bad. I have a lot of things going on right now and I should watch my behavior around others more.
Maybe, next time we're there, before we go down, we can look at out skills and see what kind of role we want to take just so no one feels pressured to take a role they don't want to. And I'd only go down there to support you guys, not to earn points or be judged or anything.
