Character is naturally able to manipulate time/space. Due to not living in a forward time stream, her aging is greatly retarded. When she is in a forward moving time stream for any significant period, she is subject to 'Wild Time Travel' and will randomly enter a time period for an undetermined amount of time.

This is controlled by a travel device which is only issued to personal in a compound that was built outside of normal time lines in the country of Nigeria. The compound is strict and resembles a cult.
