Here's something I think is funny.  I almost never call anyone that, well, there was that disaster- you don't need to hear about that.  Considering that you won't give me another name, it's what I have to call you.

You're fab.  Yes, my hipster neighbors are gone, the fat cat lady has disappeared and whoever has been vandalizing me has stopped, so you have rocked so far.  The lasers work great and you're not bad for an insane time-lord-ghost.

Please don't eat my Phoenix.  I know he can be a git, but he's my git.  We've made up so I don't hate him anymore.  Do you like Jehovah's Witnesses?  Some are coming by later, and I'll send a few others your way too.

Don't stay gone for too long, please.  We need to go to the all you can eat again!
